 One day reservations made on the day of arrival do not include breakfast.

One night charge is required as a deposit.

Reservations must be canceled 1 day before arrival or
deposit will be held.

Book 3 nights and get the 3rd night at a 50% discount.

Single occupancy receives a $20.00 per night discount except for a one
night minimum charge of $85.00 for one person in the peach and pansy rooms..

We can not accommodate pets.

Accommodations are not suitable for children under 12.

Outdoor smoking only is allowed on the Blackberry private
balcony and front wrap-around porch.

If climbing stairs is a problem, the back stairs has a chair lift
capable of 300 pounds of weight.

RDU airport pick-up is available at additional charge.

bullet

We accept Cash, Checks, Visa & MasterCard.

FIRST PEOPLE HERITAGE CENTER

Under the direction of Dreamweaver, Grandpa’s Children, Inc.

 Sustainable building designs were created by six teams from
East
Carolina University School of Interior Design, and Pitt Community College
Architectural Technology.
 Evergreen Team design was chosen for the preliminary design: Architectural designs
and construction drawings have been completed by Joanne H. Lesak, MFA Environmental Design.

Four structures around a traditional medicine wheel
design with central dance circle
and fire pit
Museum, Art Gallery, Artist-in-Residence & Wig-Wam
(for meetings & events) to be constructed in Wayne County
